Andrei Bubnov
Andrei Bubnov is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in investment banking and the transportation industry. He spent eight years at Morgan Stanley in London and Moscow, leading complex financing, debt restructuring, and M&A transactions for sovereign and corporate clients. As CFO and CEO of major Russian transportation companies, Andrei successfully drove large-scale restructurings, strategic expansions, and operational turnarounds, delivering significant EBITDA growth and value creation. An MIT Sloan Executive MBA graduate, he now advises clients on growth strategies and partners with Kiron portfolio companies to accelerate their financing, marketing, and strategic execution. Outside of work, Andrei is passionate about northern sailing, tennis, snowboarding, and raising his three children.
